Email allowances

The planned allowance covers customer invitations, reminders, and follow-ups together. Account and staff notifications stay outside it. Sending is not enabled yet.

Fair, open feedback

Responses have no monthly cap, subject to fair use. All customers get the same public review invitation, regardless of their private feedback score.

Optional channels, later

WhatsApp and SMS arrive in a later release with separate usage pricing. Purchased email top-ups will be offered once provider costs are confirmed.
