A few things
worth knowing.
What’s available, how feedback works, and what your team can expect.
Who is Repuut for?+
Service businesses with repeat customers and a manager responsible for following up. Salons, automotive service centres, and fitness studios are our initial focus. You can adapt touchpoints for other service workflows.
Does a customer need an account?+
No. Customers use a QR code or link to open your branded feedback page in their browser.
Are public reviews restricted by score?+
No. Public review invitations are offered consistently at every score. Private feedback helps your team improve service; it does not control who gets to leave a public review.
What does resolved mean?+
Contacted, staff-marked resolved, and customer-confirmed resolved are separate measures. Your team’s resolution does not count as confirmation from the customer.
What is available today?+
Branded pages and QR codes, touchpoints, case assignments and deadlines, manual follow-up links, customer resolution checks, feedback trends, CSV exports, staff access, and recovery monitoring. Scale adds location comparison.
What is still planned?+
Customer imports, scheduled email sending, automated reminders and routing, custom questions, testimonial tools, and integrations. WhatsApp and SMS are planned for a later release. External reputation monitoring comes later.
How does staff access work?+
Owners manage billing and access. Admins manage locations, settings, and recovery. Members handle customer feedback and recovery. Roles apply across the workspace’s locations; active members and unexpired invitations reserve seats.
How many locations can I use?+
Starter and Growth include one location. Scale includes three locations and central oversight. The ideal customer profile of 1–5 locations is a research hypothesis, not the allowance of any plan.
How do you handle customer data?+
Customers choose whether to provide contact details for follow-up. Your team should use those details only for the agreed purpose. Staff can export records; authorised managers can delete feedback records. Do not request sensitive personal information through an open feedback form.
